Applied for job, shared CV many times, many places but no response.

Well don't be sad, that you don't get through, in fact may be recruiter have not yet seen your CV.

After being into recruitment industry I have been through many such instances.

Few common issues, that you can easily avoid and have your CV popped in front of recruiter's eyes are:

• Please mention quick description into email subject like, "PHP | 2 years exp | 25k pay" or "Android developer fresher with knowledge of Java" or "SFDC | 2 years | 15 days notice | Jaipur" etc. There are many such instances which drags recruiters attention, increasing changes of your CV at least getting screened
• Please avoid using subjects like "My resume" or "Name on subject" or "Urgent job needed" or "My updated CV" etc
• Please try mentioning details in email content like your current CTC, notice period, expected CTC, reason for change etc.
• Please try to keep expectations negotiable, your CV might get rejected without you being interviewed.
